The power of excellence
Aristotle said excellence is not an act, it's a habit. It is also Aecon's most important product.
Of course, no builder or construction manager is going to admit to anything but the highest standards. But few in the construction industry can cite a track record like Aecon's. For a quarter century we have been building a diverse portfolio of clients who keep coming back to us because they know from experience that a spectacular result isn't a happy accident. Rather, it's what we deliver day in and day out, from small job to enormous project.
We create lasting relationships with clients, architects, engineers, vendors and subcontractors. We've had suppliers ask to work with us again because our unswerving commitment to the client's vision (and budget) made the suppliers look good.
How do we do it?
Simple. We don't display an "ego" in these relationships.
More specifically: We understand the construction process can be fraught with anxiety, and it's not aided by the introduction of more emotional stress. Instead, at the start of every project, we introduce a cooperative philosophy that embraces teamwork. No one is an adversary. No one is on the outside looking in.
This philosophy has worked spectacularly for us and our clients, creating lots of good will, a remarkable record of safety and on-time delivery, and a legacy of excellence.
